Privacy and pilot data handling
VoltNudge AI is built for operational energy data. The first pilot version is designed to minimize data collection, keep customer data under customer control, and use factory data only for agreed pilot analysis.
Pilot data
Pilot analysis may use meter exports, tariff information and production schedule samples. Raw customer data remains the customer's data. Pilot data is not sold and is not published without written permission.
Security principles
Early pilots should use the smallest practical dataset, remove unnecessary personal data, and keep access limited to the project team and approved advisors. A separate data processing agreement can be prepared before any live customer deployment.
